Retail & wellness disclosures
Important context about the proposed concept, age-restricted categories, wellness information, and visual materials.
Effective and last updated: August 25, 2026
Pre-opening concept
Limitless Living is currently site-neutral and seeking a permanent Texas retail location. Proposed hours, space allocation, services, and design are planning statements subject to lease terms, zoning, permits, code, premises conditions, and operational review.
Age-restricted merchandise
Certain merchandise is restricted to adults 21 and older. A separate, staffed department is planned, capped at no more than 20% of inventory and sales-floor area. Electronic ID verification is required for every age-restricted purchase. No on-premises consumption is permitted.
Product compliance
Legally compliant botanical and consumable-hemp products are subject to applicable federal, Texas, and local law, verified sourcing, and product documentation. Assortment changes as law changes. No statement on this site guarantees the future legality or availability of a particular item.
Wellness information
Product information, education, non-clinical coaching, classes, and wellness content are for general informational purposes and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare provider. Individual experiences vary. Statements about dietary supplements may not have been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Licensed services
Regulated personal services will be offered only after the appropriate establishment authorization and individual professional license are verified. Nothing on this site states that those phase-two services are currently available.
Concept imagery
Store and product images on this site are concept visualizations created to communicate intended atmosphere and assortment. They do not depict an existing completed store, specific premises, exact inventory, or a guaranteed final build-out.
No pricing or availability offer
This informational site does not list retail prices, accept orders, or guarantee stock, promotions, or availability.
Property and municipal reviewers should use the complete approval packet and site-specific supplement for formal evaluation.
