A Texas business owner with experience in business consulting, merchant services, marketing, and small-business operations.
Mr. Badran will personally oversee build-out, compliance onboarding, and daily operations at opening. The company plans to begin owner-operated, add trained retail associates as revenue supports, and engage licensed practitioners for regulated services.
